1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial landscaping services including lawn maintenance, general landscaping, seasonal cleanups, and more. Specific services will be agreed upon prior to scheduling.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request at least a 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a late fee.

3. Payment Terms

When scheduling an appointment with us a minimum deposit is required then the remainder of the payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments. Recurring services may be billed on a monthly, recurring services may be cancelled anytime.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the work, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to address any issues promptly and right any wrongs we may have caused.

5. Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has clear and safe access to the property. Please secure pets and remove personal items from service areas.

6. Liability

While we take great care in our work, Limitless Landscaping is not liable for damage to underground utilities or pre-existing property damage unless caused by gross negligence or detailed by the client prior to our service being provided.

7. Weather Delays

Severe weather may affect scheduling. We will reschedule services as soon and as safely possible within a reasonable time period.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
